Qualifications

• Strong ability to build up rates and prepare detailed costings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor Etenders and other procurement portals for tender opportunities.
