Job summary

McKeon Group is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. You will work with the EHS Manager and project teams to promote safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support management systems across Leinster, with a focus on Dublin and surrounding counties.

Ideal candidates hold a third-level qualification in EHS and have 3+ years’ experience in construction HS. Procore and iAuditor experience are advantageous; strong written and verbal English essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field.
• 3+ years of H&S experience in construction, ideally with a main contractor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHS legislation in consultation with the EHS Manager.
• Support ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 management systems.
• Prepare RAMS, manage permits, conduct site inspections and safety inductions.
• Review subcontractor RAMS and carry out safety reviews; provide EHS reports.
