Job summary

RT.Lane, an Irish-based construction services company, is seeking an EHS Advisor in Dublin to uphold health, safety and environmental standards across sites.

You will conduct risk assessments, lead toolbox talks, train personnel, investigate incidents, and liaise with regulatory bodies while supporting continuous improvement under the EHS Manager.

A bachelor’s degree and at least three years in EHS in construction are required; excellent package and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in EHS roles within construction.
• Familiarity with EHS management systems and compliance audits.
• Practical knowledge of safety regulations and environmental legislation.
• Experience in risk assessments and safety training.
• Knowledge of incident investigation techniques.
• Understanding of environmental management practices and standards.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in EHS topics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Develop and update risk assessments and method statements.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks to site personnel and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation and ensure up-to-date records.
• Act as primary contact for regulatory bodies during site visits.
• Advise project teams on improving safety performance.
