Techrete UK & Ireland is looking for a Construction Document Controller to support design and project teams in Balbriggan. You will manage, track and distribute project documents, ensuring accuracy, version control and timely delivery across multiple projects.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with AutoCAD and MS Office, and familiarity with CDEs such as MyHub or BIM 360. A proactive, independent yet collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control or project administration.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation per company procedures.
• Upload, track, and distribute drawings, specs and technical docs via CDEs.
• Ensure version control, numbering and revision management across files.
• Coordinate submissions and transmittals between teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain records of approvals and correspondence.
• Support design and project teams with document management tasks.
• Monitor workflows and meet submission/approval deadlines.
• Maintain drawing registers and document logs.
• Store and archive documents according to procedures.
