Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Conference and Banqueting Manager to lead the C&B events team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across conferences, meetings, and banquets. You will manage event setup, staffing, budgeting, and service delivery, while driving sales opportunities during planning and execution phases.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of management experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel setting, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in hospitality.
• Experience in hotel event/conference operations preferred (3/4-star property).
• Proven ability to lead and train a team to deliver high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and related events from setup to execution.
• Lead and develop the events team per SOP and company policies.
• Forecast staffing needs and create rosters aligned with budgets and business levels.
• Maintain high standards and procedures across all operations.
• Maximise sales opportunities during planning and execution of events.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.
