Job summary

Muckross Park Hotel & Spa, part of The iNUA Collection, seeks a Concierge to join our team. You will be the heart of our guest experience, ensuring seamless service and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

Your responsibilities include itinerary planning, reservations, activity bookings, and guest transportation, while building strong guest relationships and offering bespoke local recommendations. Join a growing hospitality group committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel concierge/day porter role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Available 5 days per week.
• Must hold a valid full driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and offerings.

Responsibilities
