Job summary

The iNUA Collection is seeking a passionate Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Ireland. The role supports the Hotel Manager in overseeing the hotel's F&B operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead and develop colleagues, manage day-to-day operations across outlets, support promotions and events, and help control costs while ensuring health and safety standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of cost control principles.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
