Job summary

ACCPRO in Dublin is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to support the Head of Compliance in a delegated capacity. You will lead day-to-day operation of the compliance framework with a strong focus on governance, monitoring, and regulatory engagement in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Senior compliance experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Deep knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory requirements and conduct standards.
• Ability to design and run practical compliance and monitoring frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and regulator engagement credibility.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the firm’s compliance governance framework, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, and monitoring programmes.
• Prepare board and senior management compliance reporting, covering regulatory developments and key risk metrics.
• Lead execution of the annual compliance plan and second line assurance testing.
• Maintain oversight of safeguarding obligations and related controls and escalation processes.
• Provide compliance input on outsourcing arrangements and third-party service providers.
• Collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Legal, and Product teams to embed regulatory requirements in processes and systems.
