Job summary

Bluebird Care Ireland is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to provide in-home care in Kilkenny and nearby areas. The role supports clients in their own homes, under Clonmel and Kilkenny office supervision, with a focus on comfort, dignity and wellbeing.

Salary is €33,529.60 per year for 40 hours per week, with full recruitment and training prior to starting. Applicants must meet QQI requirements or have equivalent caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 modules required (Care of the Older Person, Care Skills/Healthcare Support).
• Option 1 year of caregiving experience if modules are not held.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with Activities of Living.
• Provide a high standard of care in line with Bluebird Care policies.
• Carry out care duties and promote client comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
