Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English both verbally and written.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare with relevant modules (or in progress).
• Garda Vetting Cert and International Police Clearance Cert required.
• Driver's license and own transport; knowledge of using Google Maps to locate client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support in clients' homes, including hygiene, meal prep, mobility, and medication supervision.
• Follow each client's care plan and maintain confidentiality and safety at all times.
• Support social interactions, companionship, and independence for clients.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the office promptly and accurately.
• Observe and report any incidents; observe Health & Safety regulations.
