Aufgaben

• Follow safety protocols for moving and handling
• Report concerns to the manager if not in safe boundaries
• Report safeguarding incidents to the manager
• Accurately document tasks in daily logs
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Attend scheduled training and work within safe boundaries
• Perform tasks with dignity and respect for the customer
• Encourage autonomy and decision making
• Maintain conversation with the customer throughout the shift
• Attend shifts as scheduled and notify the office if unable to attend
