Job summary

Irish HomeCare in Dublin is seeking qualified Healthcare Assistants to join our team. You will provide compassionate home care services to clients in the local community, delivering practical support and companionship.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years' experience, Level 5 QQI in Health or Social Care, a full driving licence, and strong English communication. The role is 39 hours per week with shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in care or healthcare.
• Level 5 QQI in Health or Social Care.
• Full B driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Irish language level C1-Advanced.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, non-medical care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with clients' physical, nutritional and social needs as per Care Plan.
• Assist with mobility, feeding, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Ensure safety and dignity during home visits.
