Nua Healthcare Services is a leading care provider in Ireland, offering Residential, Supported Living, Day Services and Community Outreach. The roles of Assistant Support Worker and Social Care Worker involve delivering high-quality care and developing skills in a supportive team.

The positions include shift work across a 7-day roster, a salary of 30,000–35,000 EUR per year, and a benefits package including pension, illness cover and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Assistant Support Worker: no formal qualification required; training provided.
• Social Care Worker: degree in social care/healthcare or related discipline; CORU registration required.
• Driver’s license is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Support people with their daily plan.
• Support people in the community.
• Assist with education, skills development and personal outcomes.
• Help with living skills like cooking, cleaning, laundry and appointments.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards and codes of practice.
• Work shift schedules across 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
