The role of Community Inclusion Coach is significant in a person's life. A key element of the work is building confidence in people, helping to change their expectations of themselves and promoting peoples' own autonomy. The work is rewarding, varied and interesting.
The next induction date will commence on 9th November 2026.
All job offers are subject to two successful references, ongoing Garda Vetting, completion of mandatory training (online & onsite) and a satisfactory pre-employment medical.
Salary will be paid at the Workshop supervisor/ instructor grade on the HSE Consolidated Salary Scales, depending on qualifications and experience.
