TCP Homecare is seeking innovative nursing professionals to join our community-based teams across Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny and Carlow in Ireland. You will deliver high-quality nursing care in patients’ homes, maintain electronic records, and work closely with the nursing director and the multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes clinical expertise in cannulation, IV therapy, data accuracy, and collaborative care, with a supportive environment and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Cannulation and phlebotomy skills are essential
• IV therapy experience including care of central venous access devices
• High degree of self-motivation with evidence of personal and professional development
• Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Demonstrable computer skills in Word and email (preferably MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to quickly build rapport with new contacts
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Solid judgement in clinical settings
