TCP Homecare is seeking a Community Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and paediatric clients in home and community settings. The role includes IV therapy administration, cannulation, accurate electronic records, and collaborative care with the nursing director and multidisciplinary teams.

You will work a shift pattern from Monday to Sunday with no night shifts and weekend rotation spread across the team, and benefit from a supportive environment, ongoing training, a company car

Formación

• Paediatric & General Nursing qualification.
• Cannulation and Phlebotomy skills essential.
• IV therapy experience including care of central venous access devices.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical services to adult and paediatric patients in home and community settings.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and timely reporting to clients and head office.
• Collaborate with nursing director and multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care.
