Job summary

Tolka River Project Limited is seeking an experienced assistant to help manage the CE Scheme within a community-focused setting in Dublin area. You will support recruitment, induction and ongoing participant progression through education, training and support, while ensuring DSP requirements and scheme numbers are maintained.

The role requires experience with marginalised groups, payroll systems and knowledge of addiction-related issues.

Qualifications

• Qualification in community development or related discipline is desirable.
• At least a FETAC Level 6 Major/Minor Award.
• Experience with marginalised groups.
• Experience with computerised accounts/payroll systems is essential.
• Working knowledge of addiction issues with related qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of the CE Scheme.
• Ensure recruitment and induction run smoothly and efficiently.
• Enable participants to progress to a level where they can integrate within the community through education, training and support.
• Work within DSP requirements to ensure scheme numbers are maintained.
