Job summary

PICES (CE Scheme) / Southside Partnership DLR in Dublin seeks a Community Employment Assistant Supervisor to cover a 6-month maternity leave. The role supports recruitment, training planning and records management to ensure smooth programme delivery.

You will mentor participants, assist with CVs and interview techniques, and manage wage/claims with the DSP. A relevant NFQ Level 6+ qualification and supervisory experience are desirable. Fixed-term full-time contract with probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting training and development activities.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of IT systems, esp. MS Office.
• Full driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in recruiting participants.
• Plan, assess & evaluate training for participants.
• Maintain administrative & financial records.
• Maintain training records & report writing.
• Maintain timekeeping and leave records for participants.
• Prepare wage, materials and grant claims for DSP.
• Mentor participants; assist with CVs and interview techniques.
• Update Welfare Partners online for DSP.
• Provide cover in the CE Supervisor's absence.
• Carry out other duties as indicated by the CE Supervisor.
• Support integration of the PICES scheme into Southside Partnership DLR CLG.
