Job summary

IRD North Mayo West Sligo CLG is sponsoring a Community Employment Scheme and seeks a Supervisor to manage up to 46 participants. You will coordinate with the Assistant Supervisor to meet scheme goals and report to the General Manager of Operations & Business Development, ensuring DEASP guidelines are followed.

Ideal candidates have NFQ Level 6 in HR/Business, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and strong MS Office skills with excellent communication and financial management abilities.

Job Description

IRD North Mayo West Sligo CLG is the Sponsor of a Community Employment Scheme, whose participants work with the Company or another sub-sponsor organisation. The Community Employment Supervisor will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the human, financial and material resources of the Community Employment Programme, ensuring that the scheme is being run in accordance with DEASP guidelines and is of maximum benefit to both participants and the organisations.
