Job summary

Cheshire Ireland is recruiting a Community Clinical Partner (CNM1) to provide clinical and professional leadership to frontline care teams across the Eastern Regional Cheshire Ireland Community Services. The role emphasizes quality, governance and service improvement within a rights-based, person-centered framework.

The successful candidate will lead clinical assessments, train staff, and ensure policy adherence while supporting services in clients’ own homes.

Qualifications

Nursing qualification required; CNM1 level experience preferred in disability/healthcare.
Experience in audits, evaluations, incident reviews and investigations is desirable.
Willingness to travel; valid driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight to frontline care teams across Eastern Regional Cheshire Ireland Community Services.
Ensure compliance with organisational policy, procedures, standards and legislation.
Promote evidence-based decision making and continuous service improvement.
Support staff development and professional growth within the region.
Engage with clients in a rights-based, person-centered service delivery model.
