Qualifications

• Applicants must be Registered Nurses.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-agency team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to children and young people with exceptional healthcare needs under the supervision of the Nurse Team Leader.
• Offer training and supervision to nursing staff, healthcare support workers, education and social care staff, and students in clinical skills relevant to children with complex healthcare needs.
• Contribute to ensuring all aspects of the Child’s Plan are implemented effectively and support junior staff and parents in day-to-day care delivery.
