Job summary

Key requirements include a Level 7 qualification in Social Care or Nursing, a relevant management qualification, and CORU registration where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care, or Nursing.
• Relevant Management qualification (required).
• CORU registration (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in collaboration with line manager.
• Act as central communicator for families, multidisciplinary teams, senior management, and the community.
• Support people in living fulfilling, self-determined lives.
