Comfort Keepers in North Dublin is seeking a Community Care Manager to lead care delivery across the area. You will build trusted relationships with clients, families and colleagues while overseeing care quality and records.

• Degree in Nursing, Social Care, Healthcare Management, or related discipline.
• At least two years’ relevant experience in healthcare, homecare or a client services role.
• Understanding of quality standards, safeguarding and best practice in Irish homecare.

Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for clients and families, responding to needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct client assessments and develop personalised care plans, reviewing them as needs change.
• Lead, mentor and support Home Support Workers to deliver safe, compassionate and consistent care.
• Monitor care quality and maintain accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with scheduling and operational teams to ensure reliable care and effective use of resources.
