• 3 to 5 years' experience in PR, communications, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of campaign delivery.
• Solid, current understanding of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
• Strong copywriting ability and excellent verbal communication.
• Experience building lasting client and media relationships.
• Interest in supporting and developing more junior team members.
• Resourceful, solutions-focused approach to problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated PR and digital campaigns.
• Run live campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Track media coverage and social performance; translate findings into recommendations.
• Shape strategies to drive measurable client results.
• Grow and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, suppliers and journalists.
• Prepare media releases and secure press coverage.
• Be the go-to contact for clients; provide strategic and creative direction.
• Attend industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities.
• Write content for pitches, plans, releases, creator briefs and social channels.
• Manage the agency's social media output.
• Keep pace with platform changes and bring new thinking to the team.
• Work with influencers to extend campaign reach.
• Coach junior colleagues and review their work before external sharing.
• Run short check-in calls to assign work and set priorities.
• Research sector trends and current events to inform campaigns.
• Review campaign data to identify what's working and where to adjust.
• Keep media/outreach lists current in collaboration with the team.
