Radisson Blu Athlone is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our culinary team. Whether you're a recent Culinary Arts graduate or have kitchen experience, this role offers hands-on experience across sections and the chance to learn from experienced chefs.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will support day-to-day operation, maintain high hygiene standards, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, with clear opportunities for progression within The iNUA Hotel Collection.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation across different kitchen sections.
• Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to agreed standards.
• Support senior chefs during service.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Ensure all food storage and stock rotation procedures are followed.
• Keep workstations clean, organised, and safe at all times.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
• Help deliver exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests.
