Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader in a quality hotel or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Proven experience managing food costs and kitchen financial performance.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organisational abilities.
