The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie in Limerick is hiring a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. Immediate or flexible start, with both part-time and full-time options, and a minimum of two years' professional kitchen experience.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients and dishes to SpitJack standards under the guidance of senior chefs

• Supporting all sections of the kitchen during service

• Ensuring food is prepared and presented consistently and to a high standard

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times

• Assisting with stock rotation and storage

• Contributing to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
