Job summary

Link Personnel Services on behalf of a top-tier Dublin law firm seeks a Property Associate with 2+ years’ PQE in property law to join their team.

You will advise on purchase and financing of office blocks and office premises, draft commercial leases, and support conveyancing and financing teams with property expertise, under a hybrid working arrangement.

The role offers access to interesting work and close collaboration with partners, with a total package up to €120k.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in property law required.
• Mid-large law firm experience preferred.
• Strong client communication and time management.
• Security transactions knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise on purchase and financing of office blocks and business premises.
• Draft Commercial Leases and related documents.
• Advise clients and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Provide property advice to finance team.
• Provide conveyancing support to finance teams.
• Complete title investigations.
• Review certificates of title.

Our client, a Top Tier Dublin law firm are currently looking for a Property Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience within Property Law. Ideally this experience will have been gained in a Mid - Large sized law firm. The role will provide access to interesting work, allow close collaboration with partners and will give Associates a leg up in their career.

Salary: to €95k

Responsibilities:

• Advising on the purchase and financing of office blocks and business premises.
• Drafting Commercial Leases and all other related documentation.
• Advising Clients at all stages of the process and keeping them up to date with movements.
• Provide property advice to members of the finance team.
• Provide conveyancing support to finance teams.
• Completing title investigations.
• Reviewing certificates of title.

Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years PQE.
• Knowledge of security transactions is desirable.
• Outstanding project management and organisation skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence senior individuals.
