Our client, a Top Tier Dublin law firm are currently looking for a Property Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will have 2+ years’ experience within Property Law. Ideally this experience will have been gained in a Mid – Large sized law firm. The role will provide access to interesting work, allow close collaboration with partners and will give Associates a leg up in their career.

Salary: to €95k

Total Package: up to €120k

Responsibilities:

• Advising on the purchase and financing of office blocks and business premises.
• Drafting Commercial Leases and all other related documentation.
• Advising Clients at all stages of the process and keeping them up to date with movements.
• Provide property advice to members of the finance team.
• Provide conveyancing support to finance teams.
• Completing title investigations.
• Reviewing certificates of title.

Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years PQE.
• Knowledge of security transactions is desirable.
• Outstanding project management and organisation skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence senior individuals.
