Job summary

Mitie Ireland is looking for a Multiskilled Technician - Plumber to join our on-site team in Dublin. You will work in a hands-on maintenance environment within a busy facilities management operation.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensure safety compliance, support the Site Manager, and help meet KPI targets. A trade-qualified plumber with teamwork and problem-solving ability is ideal. We offer a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a trade-qualified plumber.
• Experience working in a multi-skilled maintenance team.
• Background in building services or related maintenance.
• Team player who can work with colleagues and clients.
• Motivated, detail-oriented and able to handle fast-paced work.
• Able to prioritise, multi-task and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multi-skilled team in a hands-on environment.
• Carry out and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure site safety procedures, permits, risk assessments, SDS and COSHH are followed.
• Close jobs in a timely manner and meet KPI targets for PPM and Helpdesk.
• Review service reports and arrange remedial work.
• Provide hands-on support for site staff as required.
• Undertake works as directed by the Site Manager.
• Report accidents promptly and maintain HSQE standards.
• Adhere to company procedures and report unsafe activities.
• Be available for an out-of-hours on-call rota.
