Job summary

STRIVE Search is assisting a growing developer/main contractor in recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a team of surveyors across multiple projects. Experience in Ireland and/or the UK is essential, with a hybrid working model based from Drogheda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, including at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.

• Lead and manage a team of surveyors across multiple projects.
• Oversee cost planning, contract administration and procurement activities.
• Drive project profitability and stakeholder reporting.

Our client is a growing Developer/ Main Contractor who have successfully delivered projects across the commercial, residential and civils sectors. They are looking to make a key hire to their senior management team with interviews taking place in the coming weeks.

The successful candidate will need to have experience managing a team of surveyors across multiple projects.

Experience in Ireland and/or the UK essential.
