Job summary

Elite Talent Hub is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the central commercial team in Ballymount, Dublin. You will report to the Commercial Director and provide analysis and guidance across the business to improve commercial consistency and project performance.

This full-time, on-site role includes occasional European travel, a competitive salary package, and opportunities for progression within the commercial leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ construction commercial experience.
• Main contracting background preferred; specialist subcontracting or client-side experience is advantageous.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong contractual knowledge, analytical skills and commercial judgement.
• Experience in CVR analysis, procurement, forecasting and claims.
• Confidence working independently and advising senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly project CVRs, forecasts, risks and opportunities.
• Present clear recommendations to commercial leadership.
• Assess procurement decisions against tender strategy.
• Review client contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Support claims, disputes and complex commercial matters.
• Lead central procurement initiatives and monitor supply chain performance.
• Improve commercial procedures, reporting and technology use.
• Support recruitment, graduate development and commercial team capability.
