Job summary

STRIVE Search is recruiting on behalf of a respected main contractor delivering across commercial, residential and civils. The senior role manages a team of surveyors across multiple projects and requires experience in Ireland and/or the UK.

This Dublin-based position offers hybrid working, a strong annual bonus and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.

Job description

Our client is a medium sized Main Contractor who have successfully delivered projects across the commercial, residential and civils sectors. They are looking to make a key hire to their senior management team with interviews taking place the last week or April. Project values range up to €100m.

The successful candidate will need to have experience managing a team of surveyors across multiple projects.

Experience in Ireland and/or the UK essential.
