Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a CSA Commercial Manager to lead commercial delivery across a portfolio of data centre projects in Ireland. You will work with Commercial Lead, Operations teams and QS to drive commercial performance, manage risk and optimise governance across multiple packages.

The role requires senior leadership, strong relationships with clients and consultants, and the ability to balance strategic business objectives with day-to-day project delivery across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial leadership for large projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA construction contracts and governance.
• Ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Experience managing multiple projects or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of multiple CSA packages across data centre projects.
• Drive cost control, forecasting, reporting and cashflow management.
• Review budgets, profit plans and financial reporting for accuracy.
• Support contract negotiations and the implementation of optimal commercial structures.
