Job summary

Google Ireland Ltd. is seeking a Product Technology Manager (Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer) to act as the technical bridge between Google and the global commerce ecosystem.

You will enable retailers, aggregators, and platforms to integrate with Google's commerce products via the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP), Merchant API, and Google Business Profile API. As part of this team, you will drive 0-to-1 incubation and 1-to-N scaling, lead early-stage technical pilots, build reference

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 3 years in computer engineering or software development.
• 3 years in a client-facing technical role.
• 3 years in operations management.
• Experience with web technologies and listed programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage retailer pilots in EMEA and provide technical guidance.
• Develop code samples, tools, and integration recipes to accelerate partner testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within defined SLAs for strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Core Engineering and Product Management across locations to test capabilities.
• Synthesize pilot data to advocate for product improvements.
