Job summary

The Hoxton Dublin is seeking a friendly Barista with a passion for hospitality to create a warm, social atmosphere for guests. You’ll be confident behind the bar, know the drinks menu inside out, and help the F&B team as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day service.

The Hoxton has just opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant, in addition to another first for us - a nightclub.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from perfectly poured espresso to seasonal specials that keep things fresh.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Be more than a Barista – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
