Job summary

Avista is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3) to lead services across Dublin (D15, D11, D7). This permanent full-time role (37.5 HPW) requires NMBI RNID registration and a recognised management qualification, with a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure HIQA compliance, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality supports for people with intellectual disabilities. Strong leadership, communication, and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• NMBI Registration in the RNID division.
• Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
• Full clean driving licence and access to vehicle.
• Minimum two years’ CNM2 experience in intellectual disability.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards/regulations.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
• Proficiency in the English language.
