Job summary

Avista is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3) to lead Dublin services (D15, D11, D7). The role requires NMBI RNID registration, a Level 6 management qualification, and a robust background in intellectual disability care.

You will drive person-centred care, mentor staff and ensure regulatory compliance across sites. Applicants should have at least two years CNM2 experience, a clean driving licence, and strong leadership, change-management, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• NMBI Registration in the RNID division.
• Management qualification - Recognised Level 6 or equivalent.
• Full Clean Driving licence and access to vehicle.
• Minimum of two years’ CNM2 experience in intellectual disability.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards/regulations and Health Act 2007.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent leadership and initiative.
• Experience with behaviours of concern and mentoring staff.
