Corlann in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon, invites applications for a Permanent Full-Time Team Manager (Clinical Nurse Manager 2) within the Castlerea Adult Services footprint.

The role leads a staff team to deliver person-centred care across multiple service sites, aligned with the Service Plan and budget. Applicants should hold a Nursing qualification and live NMBI registration, plus QQI Level 6 in Health & Social Care Management.

Qualifications

• Eligible applicants will hold a 3rd level qualification in Nursing and be on the NMBI Live Register.
• Must hold QQI Level 6 Health and Social Care Management or commit to obtaining it before taking up the post.
• Minimum of three years post-qualification experience working with people with an intellectual disability.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction for the team and coordinate service delivery.
• Ensure development of person-centred services in line with the Service Plan.
• Support staff and manage operations within budget across designated locations.
• Collaborate with the Service Coordinator/Area Manager to maintain service quality.
