Job summary

Elk Recruitment is urgently recruiting for Machine Operators specializing in CNC and steel press operations in Limerick, Ireland. The role covers setting up, operating, and maintaining heavy machinery to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience with CNC and steel presses, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an excellent salary and a supportive manufacturing

Qualifications

Proven experience operating steel press and CNC machinery.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines and/or Steel Presses according to job specifications.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Adjust machine settings to optimize production rates and maintain product quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Document production activities and machine performance accurately for reporting purposes.
