Job summary

Barelle Limited is a busy sheet metal company in Ireland seeking an experienced CNC operator to join our manufacturing team. You will work with TRUMPF and DURMA machines, read drawings to ensure specifications, and maintain daily functionality with a hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in CNC roles, a manual handling certificate, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision while contributing as a team player. Forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC operator.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and design specifications.
• 4 years minimum experience in manufacturing.
• Manual handling certificate.
• Good communication abilities and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• Inspect and measure finished products against drawings.
• Maintain organized parts with proper labeling and tagging.
• Set machine functions, debur, and inspect parts for conformance.
• Organise work area before and after processing; forklift experience required.

Barelle Limited is a busy sheet metal company with a wide array of customers across a variety of sectors. We are looking for someone who has experience with CNC Pressbrakes preferably TRUMPF & DURMA. The ideal candidate will have experience as well as a hands-on understanding of metal fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements on drawings.
• Maintain accurate part.
• Setting all machine functions, deburring and inspection of parts to assure conformance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machineAble to read and understand design specifications and parts drawings.
• Organising work area before and after parts are processed, and maintain finished parts in an organised manner with proper labeling and tagging.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managementFork lift experience needed
