Job summary

Natus Sensory Inc. in Gort, Co. Galway is seeking a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in a modern healthcare technology setting. You will operate CNC and automated manufacturing equipment, perform routine machine checks, and support assembly and packaging of medical products.

The role includes a fixed 3-week rotating shift cycle (days and nights) with no weekend work, and a competitive salary plus benefits such as pension, health insurance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience operating CNC or automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience carrying out basic machine maintenance and adjustments.
• Comfortable working a rotating day and night shift roster.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and automated machinery to manufacture components and assemblies.
• Carry out production, assembly, packaging, and material handling activities per procedures.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance to support efficient production.
• Follow quality, safety, and documentation requirements to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot routine production issues and escalate when needed.
• Work with colleagues across production and support functions to hit targets.
