Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years CNC operation experience.

• CNC certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and control CNC machine to execute orders.
• Program machines ensuring parameters and measurements meet quality and safety standards.
• Use manufacturing processes, quality standards and SPC to support the role.
• Consult technical resources to ensure equipment availability and monitor automation.
• Operate precision measuring equipment, perform machine maintenance and test runs.
• Load/ unload workpieces and supply tools to the machine.
• Program CNC controllers, read blueprints and adjust workpieces.
• Use CAM software and troubleshoot automatic programming.
