Job summary

OpenText, The Information Company, is hiring a Lead Cloud Systems Engineer to join the Directory Services team in Cork, Ireland. You will support enterprise AD, DNS, identity management, and cloud infrastructure, driving reliability, security and scalability.

You will automate operations using PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible while collaborating with global teams on upgrades, migrations, and cloud integrations. This role emphasizes automation, documentation, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technology-driven enterprise environment supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and related infrastructure services.
• Hands-on experience administering directory services, enterprise DNS environments, identity management platforms, and cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Strong automation and scripting capabilities, including experience with PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, support, and maintain enterprise-scale Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and cloud infrastructure services.
• Leverage automation technologies such as PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible to streamline operations and improve service efficiency.
• Partner with global teams on infrastructure upgrades, domain migrations, cloud integrations, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to infrastructure standards, system documentation, monitoring, patch management, and security best practices.
