Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our Architecture team. You will design and architect our cloud-based platform, collaborating with cross BU Engineering and Product teams to deliver enterprise solutions at scale.

You will focus on reliability, performance, and security, while aligning with product roadmaps and architectural decisions. The ideal candidate has deep Microsoft technologies expertise and is comfortable with AI tooling and modern cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of development experience.
• 3+ years in software/technical/solution architecture.
• Strong cloud-native architectures and patterns.
• Experience with reliable, scalable distributed enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft stack (.NET, C#, Azure) and DevOps.
• Familiarity with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, React/Angular.
• Experience with SDLC, DDD, TDD, CI/CD.
• Event-driven architectures and microservices (Kafka).
• Knowledge of data security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap with Product/Engineering management.
• Build a secure, scalable cloud-based platform.
• Maintain architecture standards and best practices.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable software solutions.
• Communicate non-functional requirements clearly.
• Mentor development teams and reduce technical debt.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies for quality.
