Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 8 years development experience.
• 3+ years in Software/Technical/Solution Architecture role.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and design patterns.
• Experience with distributed enterprise systems and high traffic scaling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft stack: .Net (C#), Web Api, Azure Services (Cosmos, Azure SQL, App Insights, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Familiarity with GCP (GKE, Postgres, Cloud Functions).
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular, React).
• Full SDLC understanding with DDD, TDD, CI/CD.
• Experience in Event Driven Architecture, Microservices, Kafka.
• Container tech: Kubernetes, Docker.
• Azure/.Net certification an advantage.
• Interest in AI tooling and delivery acceleration.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product and Engineering Management to define the Product Roadmap and related designs.
• Facilitate cloud-based platform implementation that is secure, cost efficient, reliable, performant & scalable.
• Define and maintain software architecture standards and best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure software solutions.
• Communicate non-functional requirements and designs effectively.
• Identify and help reduce Strategic Technical Debt.
• Collaborate with development teams to align with architecture goals and designs.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality products.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to development teams.
• Contribute to core platform packages/template projects and stay updated on new tech.
• Partner with Architecture, DevOps and Platform Engineering to automate deployments, governance and compliance.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with policies.
