Cloudera is seeking a customer-facing, hands-on Data Engineering & Streaming Specialist to join our global team. You will design scalable, cloud-native data architectures and lead engagements across data prep, CDC, streaming, and AI readiness for enterprise customers.

You will influence product direction, support PoCs, and drive adoption of modern data platforms while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Strong English required.

Competenze

• Leading and implementing mission-critical data use cases in enterprise environments.
• Designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade data pipelines and real-time streaming solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with core processing and streaming technologies (Spark, Airflow, NiFi, Flink, Kafka).
• Strong background in production deployments across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Experience running PoCs and MVPs that transition to production deployments optimized for AI readiness.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and quality in large-scale data platforms.
• Excellent communication across technical and executive stakeholders.

• Support PoCs, solution sizing, and platform adoption focused on data prep, CDC, streaming, and AI readiness.

• Influence product roadmap by translating customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
• Engage in open-source communities, speak at events, and share expertise on AI-ready data engineering across teams.
