Job summary
Sonatus is seeking a highly technical, execution-focused Cloud Backend Engineering Manager in Ireland. You will lead a talented team to drive technical excellence in cloud engineering and own critical server-side backend architectures. Responsibilities include overseeing the design and implementation of resilient cloud ingestion services and mentoring the team in AI development.

Qualifications
- Experience in telemetry data handling and vehicle bus protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).
- Strong experience with cloud/server-side components of hardware data logger ecosystems.
- 9+ years of backend software development experience with leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the core cloud engineering pod as a technical authority.
- Drive execution of major platform components.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a highly technical AI backend engineering team.
