Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our backend team in Ireland. You will contribute to scalable systems, work with AI and speech recognition tech, and help reduce physician burnout by improving clinical documentation.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years as a Software Engineer, deep experience in C# and JavaScript, and hands-on cloud and container orchestration skills. This remote-friendly role is based in Ireland with light travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in C# and at least one modern language (JavaScript, Python, Go); strong knowledge of frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute code to backend systems; perform code reviews and participate in sprint planning.
• Create design documents and review design work with peers.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and other engineering teams to deliver features.
