Sycomp is hiring an AI Solutions Architect to turn ambiguous problems like extracting structured insights from video into production pipelines. You will design AI pipelines and autonomous agents on cloud infrastructure (prefer AWS), working with product, data, and engineering to deploy scalable, reliable workloads.

The role requires hands-on experience in building AI systems in production, strong Python skills, and a deep understanding of data ingestion, embedding, indexing, and retrieval.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years building AI/ML systems in production.
• Hands-on AWS experience (Bedrock or equivalent) plus services like S3, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker, OpenSearch.
• Experience building AI pipelines or agentic systems handling diverse data shapes with validation.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks; strong data engineering foundations.

Responsabilités

• Design and build AI pipelines for real-world, multi-modal data and ensure production readiness with validation and observability.
• Architect autonomous agent systems including memory strategies, tool selection, and guardrails.
• Develop on AWS using Bedrock, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker, OpenSearch, ECS/EKS with appropriate primitives.
• Evaluate model choices and design prompts, fine-tuning vs. retrieval-based workflows, with cost/latency/quality tradeoffs.
• Own data ingestion, transformation, storage, indexing, and surface to models for accurate outputs.
• Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable technical designs.
